Sebastian Harvey has distributed more than seventy global books. He is an artist (since age twelve), an essayist, Psychologist, Ordained Minister, Decorated Veteran from the Vietnam War, Doctor in Arts and Education. Also, he got twice Honorary Doctorate, and was delegated Poet Laureate in Peru, multiple times for his compositions inside the areas of Peru: “The People won’t Break,” is the writer’s eighth books on Peruvian Culture, conventions, and customs, both in English and Spanish. One of his books, “The Galilean,” took Honorable Mention at the 2016 Paris Book Festival, and got an honor from the Congress of Peru, for his social works.
